Filming 5 - Leake Street

Today we went to film in leake street. It is half term at the moment so the public areas of central london were even busier than normal, however we are determined to film. We filmed various location shots and cut aways and also performance shots in the tunnel, so overall today was successful.

Today Moshope, Edward Jadar and I went out to Hoe street to film some scenes. This road was perfect due to the fact that it had cars but it wasn't so busy that the cars would become a risk.

Also the lighting became problematic as as the sun was coming in and out of the clouds the lighting on the camera would change, which we had to account for.

Today in class we started to edit our music video.

Filming Day 1

Today we filmed in the studio in college. Here are some picture of the way we set it up and us getting ready to film.

Also Edward took the camera home so that we could film in our second location ; his bedroom. This is a perfect location due to the fact that he has a microphone in his room.

Group meeting

We created a Whatsapp group chat so that during college wouldn't be the only time we can home group meetings, we have meetings almost every day on the social media platform Whatsapp.

It is a much easier and faster way to communicate with my group as we can send pictures, book appointments and message each other. That group chat has all our production team in it, Edward, Jadar, Moshope and I.

This shows a a lot of organisation due to the fact that we know what locations we had to do and when we wanted to do them.

Here Moshope says "We need a talent release form for jadar" My group and I often stayed on top of our work andmamke sure what had to bw done was done.


Also this screenshot also shows how we worked as a team as Moshope says "I dont have a pencil so I cant finish the storyboard" which was then was handed over to Edward the next day to complete.

Here Moshope asks the other team members if they have finished their designated tasks,so everything is kept on track and also this is good as it allows other members of the group to explain if they are stuck and while completing assignments at home to ask for opinions
